  -If you are approved, then your refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days after perfecttime.store receives your return.

   

  IMPORTANT TIPS

  To ensure a smooth return process, please inspect the item as soon as it arrives. Make sure the item is in good condition and working properly before wearing it or removing any tags or factory tape.

  – If the item is not in good condition or not working properly then it must be repackaged immediately in order to be eligible for a return.

  – If possible, please provide a photo or video of the issue when emailing customer service. This would greatly expedite the process.

  – Once it is worn or sized, or the tags/factory tape has been removed,  perfecttime.store will not accept the returned item.

  In short,  perfecttime.store cannot replace or refund an item when:

  -The item has been worn

  -The tags/factory tape has been removed -The product has been sized.
